Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of my product, refunds cannot be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or not at all (that would be weird) but not unheard of, I'll be happy to refund or replace your stuff.

Payment

Credit Card payments accepted through Square. Venmo also accepted.
Local pick up is available with the discount code: LOCALPICKUP. Please only use this if you are picking up locally.

To help your soap last longer keep it well drained & out of direct shower spray
in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Products are for external use only.

Children should not use products without adult supervision.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep product out of eyes.

By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase. You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold Aroma Soap Lab liable for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.
